Hetraco produces ‘special fasteners’ such as bolts, nuts, studs and articles according to drawing. These products are made in our machine factory, where we specialize in thread rolling instead of cutting. The sizes are from M5 to ~M200 and in various lengths up to ~10 meters. Hetraco serves various market segments worldwide.

Petrochemistry is the branch of chemistry concerned with the processing of petroleum (petroleum) and its products. This knowledge is mainly used in the petrochemical industry, for example when cracking petroleum products in a petroleum refinery. Within this industry we are often active during maintenance stops (TA’s / Turnarounds) in the Benelux. The products we supply are often subject to enormous time pressure in connection with the deadlines to be met. We have a long-term relationship and direct contact with a number of refineries. These products are often also ordered from us by traders, subcontractors or purchasing organizations.
Our organization is designed to be able to produce these urgent orders at all times and we reserve production capacity for this. We often relieve the customer of arranging transport by engaging courier services to get the goods to location as quickly as possible.

The maritime sector is very important for the Netherlands. Hetraco is part of this, especially by supplying parts to marine engine manufacturers & overhaul companies. Shipping is the transportation and traffic of goods, people and animals over water. It goes back to before written history.
Nowadays shipping can be divided into sea shipping, inland shipping and fishing. Almost 90% of world trade takes place through shipping. A distinction is also made between commercial shipping and pleasure craft.

The offshore industry has undergone a significant transition in recent years and can now be seen more as Offshore Energy. The Dutch Offshore Energy supply industry is one of the top 5 in the world.
Hetraco has already been able to deliver various large projects within this market segment by means of active cooperation with its partners. We are no stranger to supplying large bolts, studs or stud bolts with associated certification.

The IRO members consist of a wide range of multinationals as well as SMEs. They represent the entire supply chain within the oil, gas, offshore renewable and marine energy industry.
