Hetraco manufactures specialty fasteners and fastening components for a wide range of industries. In our in-house machine shop, we machine metal parts according to drawings or specifications. We combine various machining processes to ensure that the parts precisely meet the technical requirements of the project.
From turning and milling to thread rolling and additional treatments: Hetraco ensures that every component meets the required dimensions, strength, and durability. This allows industrial processes to continue running without unnecessary downtime. </pMany of the fasteners we manufacture are not standard products. Many projects require specific sizes, shapes, or properties. Examples include special threads, non-standard lengths, or parts that must withstand heavy loads. That is why Hetraco manufactures custom fasteners for sectors such as equipment manufacturing, petrochemicals, offshore, mechanical engineering, and the energy and process industries.Reliability is essential in these industries. A fastener must precisely meet the technical specifications and, in many cases, international standards or certification requirements as well. To make this possible, we combine various metalworking processes within a single production process.
A large portion of the metalworking takes place on Hetraco’s own machinery. Here, parts are produced using modern CNC machines and specialized machining equipment. By performing multiple machining operations in-house, we can closely monitor the production process. This ensures precise dimensions, consistent quality, and clear scheduling. When a part requires additional treatments, we arrange these through our regular partners.
Hetraco has its own machinery for the production of custom fasteners at the Dutch Bolting Company B.V. factory. This allows us to quickly manufacture the desired product in-house. However, for certain treatment and machining methods, we collaborate with external partners. This allows us to quickly switch between suppliers for various heat and surface treatments.
