From the province of Gelderland Hetraco was chosen just before the summer to take part in the SMART WORKING project. Continuing to develop our organization is very important for the future of our company.
The aim of this project is to write a plan aimed at Hetraco in cooperation with FME (entrepreneurs organization for the technology industry) concerning SMART WORKING. During this process interviews were held with all employees, management & managing board. From here, several step-by-step plans have been followed to arrive at a final report together. We now have a good overview of how and which projects we should focus on in the coming years.
Digitization, robotization, training and innovative leadership are the markers that we focus on in the coming years.
We’re very pleased with this support from the province and have had a nice cooperation with the organization FME.
