At the end of December, Hetraco’s Management Team presented the new strategic plan 2021 – 2025 to the staff. This plan contains a clear vision for the future, the core values and a strong ambition “We make special fasteners an experience”. All this is stated on a clear Roadmap that will be further elaborated in the coming years in order to ultimately achieve all objectives.
With the approval of this plan, there is also a change in the management whereby Mark Eindhoven (owner) takes a step back and hands over the baton to Boris te Winkel (General Director). Boris has now been working for Hetraco for more than 18 years and has shown his worth as a manager in recent years. Together with the other members of the MT (Rob van den Brink, Marco van Schoonhoven & Rob Meiling) & all motivated employees, there is now a good basis for the future!
