Hetraco B.V. was founded in 1972 by Herman Hendriksen. From his home office, he began selling turned, cast, and bent parts for the industrial and equipment manufacturing sectors. The name Hetraco B.V. is a combination of Hendriksen Trading Company.

Hetraco B.V. was acquired in 1982 by Mr. K. Eindhoven, which has further expanded its commercial activities in the Dutch market through agencies.
Mark Eindhoven founded the machine shop Dutch Bolting Company B.V. to manufacture special bolts, nuts, studs, and related threaded products.
Mark Eindhoven acquired Hetraco B.V., creating the ideal combination of buying and selling fasteners available on the market, supplemented by in-house production of “specials.”
Moved to Runnenbergweg in Vaassen, with a production capacity of 550 m²
Expansion with a new 350-square-meter production hall, bringing the total to 900 square meters.
Moved to Apeldoorn with a production capacity of 2,000 square meters.
Expansion of the new production facility from 1,000 m² to a total of 3,000 m².
Presentation of the 2021–2025 Strategic Plan, Including Organizational Changes. Boris Te Winkel will become Managing Director, and Mark Eindhoven will step down as CEO of the holding company.
